Tobin M. John, MD

Tobin M. John, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive care for patients ages 12 and up. He is BLS, ACLS, PALS, STABLE and CITI certified and he is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. John’s specialties include but are not limited to pediatrics (ages 12+), acute and chronic disease management, men’s health and cryotherapy. In his free time, Dr. John enjoys playing the guitar and piano.

Jayapriya Raj, MBBS, MD

Dr. Raj is an award-winning physician with two decades of clinical experience in hospitals and private practice. She is passionate about providing comprehensive care for her patients, and she truly enjoys the opportunity to get to know each one personally over the course of many years as their primary care physician.

Michelle C. Tophkhane, ARNP-C

Michelle C. Tophkhane, ARNP-C is a certified advanced registered nurse practitioner committed to treating patients as a whole throughout their life, thus allowing her to treat patients with preventive services while improving a patients health literacy through education.
